This is a one-storey building situated close to the entrance of the compound. It accommodates offices of the principal, two vie principals, the clerk and an extra office on the ground floor. There are four toilets on this floor. The first floor houses the Proprietress office (with a bath en-suite closet and toilet), the office of the Personal Assistant, a big board room, toilet facilities and a kitchenette.
